My name is Jongwook Kim. You can just call me Kim.

I got my first license in 2023 and my callsign is DS4WOF.

I am also a member of KARL (Korea Amateur Radio League) as well as RSSL (Radio Society of Sri Lanka).

In 2024 June, I got guest callsign from Sri Lanka as 4S5KMG.

In 2025 May, I got guest callsign from Germany as DO1KIM.

I operate on HF Voice and FT8 digimode(40M and 15M), VHF, UHF, DMR and Echolink.
I'm Usually on HF, FT8 and DMR TG91 (Worldwide).

I am also interested in Electronics, Photography and Programmings. And this page is also designed and coded by me!

At the moment, I am staying in Germany for my studies. I am trying to get my German license as well and will post the updates here.

I will be doing many activities and post updates here. So please stand by!

My main Rig is ICOM IC-760PRO that I bought from Japan.
For antenna, I made dual band inverted V Diople (40m nad 15m)
For handheld, I use Quansheng UV-K5, Yaesu FT-50 with Diamond SRH77CA, Nagoya NA771 Antenna.


I also made a 3S1P Battery Pack and 3 Element Yagi Antenna with meter ruler.

Fox Hunting event was held on this April.
And I got first place!!
This is the day I've got to know with RSSL.

October 21st 2023
I participated in Jamboree On The Air (JOTA)
And I had a lot of fun.
It was also my first time operated in HF and was really nice experience.

Febuary 25th 2024
I participated in RSSL Radio stall at 10th National Jamboree in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka.
Scouts have come and showed lots of interests on our booth.
I stayed there for a week and it was really nice to see lots of Scouts coming and get to know about amateur radio.
Also, the place is almost 240km away from my home. But the seceneries and the nature was overwhelming. I have never seen that beautiful things.
I wish I could visit there again if I have time.
